Definitions

  • Program: Refers to any and all information presented within the Retail Investors Hub Kajabi platform, including but not limited to videos, written content, quizzes, and interactive materials.
  • Participant: Refers to you, the individual or entity who enrolls in, purchases, or gains access to the Program. By doing so, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Platform: Refers to the Kajabi online learning system that hosts the Retail Investors Hub Program. Copyright in the design, functionality, and codebase for Kajabi is owned by Kajabi LLC.
  • Content: Refers to all videos, text, graphics, downloadable materials, and other educational resources provided within the Program.

Agreement for Educational Programs Provided by Retail Investors Hub

For Educational Programs provided by Retail Investors Hub (ABN: 32 125 105 246).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program offered by Retail Investors Hub (“Retail Investors Hub,” “we,” or “us”), you (“the Participant”) acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read this document carefully. By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not continue with enrolment or access to the Program.

Program Access & Usage

By enrolling in and accessing this Program, you agree to use the materials solely for your personal education.

All Program materials — including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, audio files, downloadable resources, and software (collectively, the “Content”) — are the exclusive property of Retail Investors Hub and protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written consent from Retail Investors Hub.

This prohibition includes (but is not limited to) sharing any portion of the Content on public forums, social media, blogs, or other platforms.
Any unauthorised use may result in suspension of access and potential legal action.

You may not use automated systems (including screen recording or scraping tools) to copy Program content or metadata.

By enrolling in the Program, the Participant consents to the collection, storage, and use of personal information in accordance with Retail Investors Hub Privacy Policy. Any information collected when you use this website will be utilised in accordance with these Privacy Policies, and the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information means any information that we can use to identify you, or link to you.

General Terms

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Payment & Fees: Payment is due upon enrolment. Access will be granted once payment is received in full.

Availability: Retail Investors Hub does not guarantee continuous access. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party platform issues.

Refunds: Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase or before 15% (not including bonus material) of the Program content is completed — whichever occurs first.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after 15% of the content has been accessed.
